GView Server Updates

## February 9, 2021

* Job submissions for GView Server were not working for the past few days. This has now been fixed.

## September 9, 2020

* GView Server is back to operating normally.

## July 24, 2020

* GView Server is currently experiencing issues with job submissions and no new jobs are being scheduled. We are working on this issue and will have GView Server back up and running shortly.

## April 25, 2016

* Updated Windows QuickLaunch.bat file to run JAR file directly, not using the `java` command.

* Updated gview.jar signature.

## June 9, 2015

* Updated to revision 912.
* Fixed issue where BLAST hits to negative stranded CDS features were shown with coordinates corresponding to the positive strand.

* Updated to revision 906.
* Fixed issue with under-reporing of COG categories when performing COG analysis.  An issue when loading the `whog` file was causing some COG classifications to be ignored.
